How to define a "temperature history-dependent" material property?

Hi,

I am trying to define a temperature(T) dependent electrical conductivity(sigma) which works like

25<T<=100, sigma=0.5+0.02*T
T>100, sigma=0.001 (there's a huge drop of sigma at T=100)

My question is how I can make the sigma remains as low as 0.001 once the temperature is ever over 100 and won't rise back even if the temperature drops to below 100. So it is not purely temperature dependent but also "history dependent."

I can use the smoothing function to smooth the dramatic change around T~100, so the non-linearity is not a problem here.

Any thoughts and suggestions are welcomed.
